The National Aligned HIV/AIDS Initiative (NAHI) project aimed to reduce HIV transmission among key populations, including people who inject drugs and the general population, through the provision of a minimum package of harm-reduction services and opioid overdose management. This report provides a comprehensive overview of NAHI’s Harm Reduction Programme initiated by Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare in partnership with various stakeholders and implementing partners.
